love me rough.
Some fun moments. Fun things in my life.
Quit smoking: Two weeks ago and still ongoing.
Photography: On hold, improving.
Vacation: Over. Fuck.
Reading at the moment: Norwegian wood - Haruki Murakami
Sleeping: Less. Naked.
Saying: F a lot.
Doing: Job. Shootings with other folks. Working out and getting lost in great towns every hot, summer night.
Sharing my love made by other people:

feathers and cherries.
Still 'live and kickin'.
I don't post often, because I prefer collecting interesting stuff and making bigger and longer posts for you to enjoy. This is something I really want to share with you, guys.
An owl that I met last week. My friend and I named her Hope. She is such a darling, I can't describe how much I love her. She is into starring a lot, but also very shy.
She was found by my friend after being chased by bigger birds and hurting herself badly, however she is fine now and back with her folks.
Hope was not tortured or injured that day, she grew up to be spoiled little cuddle-craving chick.
Most photos here belong to my friend Dragoljub ( deviantArt )
Enjoy May. ♥

Ready....set...GO!
My work out program I want to share with you guys. This works for sure, but only if you have got the will and endurance to follow. Good luck! : )
People are asking me to do this.
Workout doesn't only help your self esteem and physical looks, it is also great for getting rid of stress and depression. And much more...
I'm going to cover pretty much everything here, this is my program - how I take care of my body.
#1 - Don't give up. I know it's hard at first. You would rather play video games or chat on Facebook for hours but if you take at least 30 minutes each day for your body, it will be grateful to you.
I workout for about 45-90 minutes, six or five days a week. I take a walk every day, use stairs and avoid long bus/car rides. You don't have to devote your life to workout, just remember to workout for half an hour if possible and walk every time you get that opportunity.
#2 - I don't go to gym all the time. Most workout I accomplish is at home on my own. There are many useful workout tips on YouTube, I suggest you take a look for each exercise before you begin.
Important! Stretch first: For the love of Jedi, don't just start doing push ups or running. Big no no!
Your body needs to wake up slowly and warm up for workout, otherwise it will hurt you like crazy. Imagine sleeping in peace when suddenly you are splashed with cold water. Rage!
#3 - Who said you need to give up on sweets and good meal? I didn't. My menu is full of chocolate, french fries and meat. What I do is avoid bread and add salad to my lunch, not all the time but quite often. So try and stop eating bread with every meal you have, buy some vegetables and enjoy. Bread shouldn't be canceled from your menu though, once or twice per week ( if you work out ) is fine.
Another enemy - sugar. We're talking about clean sugar here. The one you add to your coffee and tea, your lemonade or OJ. What the hell? It's not even that tasty!
Sugarfree lemonade and green tea are my best friends here, one cup of l or t after dinner will help your body melt whatever you had that day faster - and will probably make you run to the bathroom in the morning which is good. Don't drink more than one cup though, that will not help you get fit faster but make your stomach hurt.
Water is another friend of mine. Drink +6 cups per day, just because I say so. And because your body is asking for clean fluid in order to help your system work. I'm going to skip getting into details, should be obvious.
Avoid any kind of diet supplies. They screw up your body. If you insist, talk to your doctor first. Each body is different and will react different to diet meds, that is why I'm suggesting you natural stuff here.
Late night snacks? Sure, just watch what you eat. Pizza is good but not always, we're talking about salads again. Fruit? Why not? Have an apple or veggie salad at night if you must, drink lemon and you will do just fine. If not, go to bed or do something else to take your mind off delicious fat. Oh boy, that sounds wrong...
#4 - My workout starts with stretching. Followed by running in place then working on my stomach, arms, legs. I don't follow the same routine every day. If you want your stomach to look like mine, look up on YouTube for abs workout. You should also focus on your other body parts at the same time, at least for 5-10 minutes.
#5 - Shower after you're done. Because it feels amazing. <3
#6 - Perfect time for workout? I work out at night, but if I know I'm not going to be home that night I do it in the morning. This is up to you.
How long before you notice changes?
That's all up to you and how you workout. If you follow my tips here, you should notice small changes after 2-3 weeks already. If you take longer, well...not my fault.
What else?
Don't go crazy if today is your first day to workout. Take it easy, each day add more and more to your routine. This is actually important, guys!
If you know you have some health issues or pain, talk to your doctor first. I don't want to be responsible for anyone who is reading this - as harsh as it sounds.
Turn your favorite song on, get ready, set, GO! I wish you the best of luck!
Silly but smart idea:

1st blog post.
So one morning I wake up and think 'Oh Helena, you should become a blogger and share your smart-ass life lessons with other people. But first - coffee!'
I am still enjoying that coffee and here is my first post.
Good choices happen in early morning, so let me start with some morning photos with me and my boyfriend.
Now, shower...
